2025 Salad Days Board Meal Payments

Watershed Board members that are participating in the Salad Days weekend in-person help cover the cost of the food and drink at the VIP event rather than purchasing a full price ticket. Board guests should purchase VIP tickets through the standard event website portal.

REMINDER: Board Members DO NOT purchase VIP event tickets. If you intend to bring a spouse/partner/etc, they WILL NEED a ticket ($200).
Saturday Night "Family and Friends" Dinner(Required)
On Saturday night we will gather with Trustees, Staff and a few close friends for our "Family and Friends" dinner. Trustees are asked to pay $100 each for this event (which covers the staff). Payments for this event will be collected personally by David East during Salad Days
Please share the number of guests (if any) that will be joining you at the Saturday night, "Family and Friends" dinner. Please let us know if you are bringing a guests to the "Family and friends" Dinner. Guests are asked to pay $50 each for this event. Payments for this event will be collected personally by David East during Salad Days.
Sunday Board Breakfast and Lunch(Required)
On Sunday day, a light breakfast and boxed lunch will be provided for the board meeting. Costs for these meals is $30 per Trustee. Payments for this event will be collected personally by David East during Salad Days.

Payment is being made for the VIP Event Food and Drink Only, Family and Friends Event and the Board lunch on Sunday will be collected by David East personally.
