Salad Days Ticket Refund Policy

• Plate ticket holders must attend the Salad Days fundraiser in order to select a plate. Watershed will not hold plates for those who cannot attend, ship plates to ticket holders, or issue refunds after the event.
• Refunds will only be issued if a ticket holder cannot attend the event do to a Covid exposure or illness. In this circumstance, the following refund policies apply:
  • Plate ticket holders must email Watershed at info@watershedceramics.org by 9:00 a.m. on July 13 to receive a refund or to have a Salad Days plate set aside for them to be claimed at a later date.
  • Lunch ticket holders must contact the office at info@watershedceramics.org by 9:00 a.m. on July 13 in order to receive a refund.
  • VIP Pass holders must contact the office at info@watershedceramics.org by 2:00 pm on Friday, July 12 in order to have a plate set aside or to receive a partial refund.
